Credits & purchases LightGlow runs on credits, purchased via Apple In-App Purchase. New users get free credits to start. If a purchase didn't add credits, contact us with your transaction date — Apple handles billing and refunds via your Apple account.
Transforming a photo Pick a photo, choose one of the cinematic effects, and your transformed image is usually ready in 10–20 seconds. Use the before/after slider to compare, then save or share. Results are AI-generated and may vary — if a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Content rules LightGlow is for creative, lawful use only. Uploads are automatically moderated. There is zero tolerance for explicit content or anything involving minors. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
Your data & account You can delete your generated images and history anytime from Settings → Delete my data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
