LightGlow — Terms of Use

Last updated: August 3, 2026 · Operator: Lucian Albescu (individual) · Contact: luciteck@gmail.com

By using LightGlow you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. The service

LightGlow transforms photos you choose into stylized, AI-generated images ("cinematic effects"). Results are AI-generated interpretations: they alter lighting, weather, style and other aspects of your photo and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. They are not a faithful record of reality.

2. Credits & subscriptions

3. Acceptable use — zero tolerance

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. It is strictly forbidden to use LightGlow to create content that is: - sexually explicit or pornographic; any sexualized content involving minors (immediate ban and report to authorities); - harassing, defamatory, or intended to deceive (including non-consensual depictions of real people); - otherwise unlawful.

We use automated content-safety checks and may reject images, remove content, or block accounts that violate these rules, without refund of used credits. You can report objectionable content from the app; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and to the generated results, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the limited technical license needed to process and store them for delivering the service (see Privacy Policy for retention).

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or the way you use generated images. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and the effect catalog, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Material changes will be announced in the app.
